Tea Blends to Soothe Your Spirit
When my grandma died, the days and nights seemed to blend together. My body teetered back and forth between utter exhaustion and extreme anxiety.
The days I spent in zombie mode, and the nights I was in anxious mode. Few things made me feel better or brought me comfort but there was one thing that did; tea.
I wondered why certain teas that I consumed would have powerful effects on not only my body, but my mind and spirit. This sparked a deep curiosity into herbalism and the connection between certain herbal blends and healing properties, particularly when it comes to grief.
I have always wondered how people use natural remedies to ease the burden of the extensive feelings that we all endure while in the deep throws of grieving.
Specific herbs each have their own unique and special properties that contribute to their healing power.
I recommend looking for teas that have the following ingredients: Chamomile,Lavender, Peppermint, Rose Petals, Motherwart, Linden Leaf and Flower.
Here are some recommended tea blends we found that may bring you a bit of comfort while grieving your furry companion:

Another great tea blend is golden milk. A mixture of delicious and warming cinnamon, turmeric, black pepper and ginger. Golden milk has a powerful and deep rooted history of healing (and happens to be a personal favorite of our co-founder, Alexis).
